Designed by change management specialists at Art of Teams. Based on battle-tested frameworks used across global tech rollouts.
What your risk report will evaluate:

Dissatisfaction
- How dissatisfied are your people with the current way?
If your people are comfortable enough with the current way of working, they will likely sabotage and reject a new system.
They need to be sufficiently dissatisfied with the current way before they are receptive to change.

Vision
- Do your people see 'what's in it for them'?
Do your people understand the future state, or is leadership pushing a vision that the people doing the work will actively ignore?
The vision will only work when people see and believe the 'what's in it for me' piece.

Ease of Transition
- Do your teams have the bandwidth to adopt new habits?
If teams do not have the operational capacity to change, then change fatigue will set in early and stall your initiative.

First Steps
- Are your immediate next steps clear and easy for your people?
If those first steps toward the new way of working are too hard, long or clunky, then people will not give the new way a chance.
